My love of 16 years had past, and I had a picture in my mind the flowers I wanted for him. Wildflowers in the shape of a heart, whispy and natural. I got exactly what I wanted, not a thing I would have changed. They were beautiful, and everyone asked where they came from. More importantly Darren would have loved them. Thank you so much and thank you to the lady who helped me, she was so kind and professional.

With the passing of our father, which has been a business owner in the Town of Vinton for 56 years, we were so honored that Creative Occasions arranged most of the flowers. Ralph Chumley, former operator of Citizens Upholstery was in business when Francis Obenchain owned the flower shop - which is now Creative Occasions.
Every arrangement that we received was outstanding and Mark spent the time going over all of the requests and the changes that we had. We would highly recommend Creative Occasions!

I’m so happy I ordered from Creative Occasions! I had spent days researching flowers/scents/& meanings to assemble different bouquet ideas. Mark took time to go through the flowers I’d desired, and discussed the reality of what was in season, or available as alternatives. He even added white pine from his own home. The receiver’s description; “The pic does not depict the depth of the hues, and the mingled scents fill the area. Mom loves them, as do we all.” Mark, thank you for a bouquet of beauty, and for your kindness, respect and patience.

Mark at Creative Occasions was great to work with! He worked with us to create bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres that captured our Fall theme and included our favorite flowers. We had a few changes along the way and Mark was able to accomodate those changes seemlessly. The flowers held up beautifully throughout the entire day. I would definitely reccomend Creative Occasions to any couples who are planning on having flowers at their wedding!

Mark and his team created the most beautiful flower arrangements for our enchanted fairytale wedding back in October! After an in depth zoom meeting to go over our favorite styles and ideas from our Pinterest board, he tied it all together and brought our dreams to life! I had an amazing experience through out the whole time planning my wedding. As soon as I walked into the lobby to do my consultation I was instantly impressed. Mark was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and also give me suggestions that ended up saving me money. They were also very understanding when we had to postpone our wedding a whole year due to Covid. On the wedding day, my flowers were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They had captured my vision completely. I 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is never the ideal situation.. Mark made it feel effortless and fun! We met over zoom multiple times to make sure everything was right and I even changed some things/added to my original requests during our last conversation (about a month out) and he happily accommodated. The florals were actual masterpieces that I wish I could have kept alive FOREVER. They truly brought my wedding to life. I'm anxiously awaiting the photos of my wedding so that I can relive the full blooms of our day.

Living down Rt. 24 in the Chamblisburg area there aren't a lot of places to choose from for flowers. Googled Vinton florists and Creative Occasions popped up! Best Google search ever! Not only did Mark have his person make a beautiful arrangement while I waited, the person I took them to loved them, PLUS I made a new friend! I'll definitely be going back to visit Mark again for my floral needs! One happy, satisfied customer here

The flowers were fresh and lovely. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the arrangement because the main reason I selected it online is because of the gorgeous palm frond/grass heart in the photo. The delivered arrangement had a wrapped bent wire heart.

I cannot find enough words to thank Mark and Laura for bailing me out in an end of day pinch for a funeral viewing that started in 45min from my call (flowers from the online giant didn't show). She stayed late to create a beautiful large blue and white flower basket to properly represent us as core family for next to the casket. It arrived in about an hour. It was beautiful! Everyone loved it and commented on it. Mark was so kind and understanding and willing to work with me! He also sent me a pic with size relativity so I could rest easy it was accomplished!
